Modality, Location, Payment: Sessions are available in person in Southeast Portland or via secure teleconference. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
Insurance: I bill the following insurers:
- OHP/HealthShare (if your insurance card says ‘HealthShare’)
- PacificSource Commercial
- Jackson Care Connect
- Columbia Pacific CCO
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. I do not bill Trillium or OHP Open Card.
Good Faith Estimate: Uninsured individuals, or individuals opting not to use insurance, have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for clinical services.
Free Consultation: I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation for potential clients, group members, and consultees.
