Sliding Scale: Because I am committed to social and economic justice, I make sure to include sliding scale spaces in my practice. If you are interested in working with me but you can’t afford my full fee, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can work out.
Modality, Location, Payment: Sessions are available in person in Southeast Portland or via secure teleconference. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
Insurance: I bill the following insurers:
- OHP/HealthShare (if your insurance card says ‘HealthShare’)
- PacificSource Commercial
- Jackson Care Connect
- Columbia Pacific CCO
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. I do not bill Trillium or OHP Open Card.
Good Faith Estimate: Uninsured individuals, or individuals opting not to use insurance, have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for clinical services.
Free Consultation: I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation for potential clients, group members, and consultees.
Referrals: If my practice is full, I am happy to refer you to other practitioners. Please feel free to get in touch.
