You are unique

You’re not a cookie-cutter person, and this isn’t cookie-cutter therapy.

I use a blend of mindfulness-based, integrative, neuroaffirming, and body-centered psychotherapy to create a therapy that fits you.

We all have times that we need a little extra support. If you need help to feel better and reach for your dreams, get in touch!

Sasha Strong, Ph.D., LPC

I’m Sasha Strong. I’ve had my own journey of healing and growth, and I decided to become a counselor to help other people.

Issues I can help with include:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • trauma
  • bipolar disorder
  • gender dysphoria
  • life transitions
  • spirituality
  • extraordinary experiences
  • mindfulness practice
  • LGBTQIA2S+ issues
  • trans & non-binary issues
  • autism and neurodivergence

My lived experience and training includes contemplative psychotherapy, somatics, Buddhism, DBT, IFS, trauma treatment, and Hakomi. These approaches offer therapeutic tools, emancipatory frameworks, and meditative practices to help you find brilliant sanity— the innate healing wisdom of your alive bodymind.

I practice from a neuroaffirming, queer- and trans-affirming, anti-racist, and disability justice stance. I also have a background in group therapy.

If you would like help reducing your suffering and aligning with your in-born wisdom, please get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you!
