We recently started another 12-week cycle of our non-binary/genderqueer and transfeminine support groups. Looking forward to getting through COVID winter, season 2 together!

Although the NBGQ group is full and has a waitlist, there are currently openings for the transfeminine group.

There’s a new cycle of the Grace Unfolding group starting in the next few weeks. If you or folks you know are interested in joining a supportive, emotionally attuned, and professionally facilitated group of adult trans women and transfeminine people, reach out to learn more.

This group of 8-12 individuals runs in 12-week cycles and provides a chance to get technical transition-related advice, social support, mutual understanding and camaraderie, and supportive interventions from a professional facilitator.

We’ve got an upcoming cycle of the Monday night group starting in a few weeks, and right now it looks like it’s full. That said, if you’re interested in joining a supportive community for gender exploration and understanding, feel free to reach out to get on the waitlist. New cycle of Non-Binary/Genderqueer Sunday group just started

Kaden started a new cycle of the Sunday group a couple weeks ago and it’s going well. We are really enjoying creating spaces for non-binary and genderqueer adults to build community, get support, identify their inner sources of resilience, and feel understood and included by folks who get it. What’s more, we get it too— and it’s great to support our people.

The next 12-week cycle should start in about 3 months; if you’re interested, reach out to get on our waitlist!

Starting new cycle of group for Trans and Nonbinary Teens

We just started another 6-week cycle of our group for trans and gender non-conforming teens. This week we hung out, worked on rainbow holograph scratch art, discussed our feelings about our names, and shared thoughts about the coverage of trans issues in the media.

If you or a teenager you know is interested in finding more community and supportive peers, consider this group. Kaden provides a supportive space for all, and helps young people navigate their gender expression, identity, and self-understanding. Parents don’t always know what to say, but having adult and peer support can make a world of difference in feeling loved, accepted, and understood.

New offering: Mindful Balance class for bipolar recovery

In a few weeks, we’re starting a new cycle of the Grace Unfolding support group for trans women and transfeminine people. If you’re looking for more community, support, understanding, and encouragement on your unique gender journey, you might consider joining our group.

We meet Wednesday evenings 6:30-8pm in Southeast Portland for 12 weeks. (This group is for adults, but we also offer a group for youth.)

Later this April, we’re starting a new 12-week cycle of our weekly group for non-binary and genderqueer adults.

The NBGQ Support Group helps members build community, understand the non-binary/genderqueer experience and its implications, and develop support and understanding among peers.

The Gender Unicorns group provides community, emotional support, and the ability to articulate what it means to have a non-binary / genderqueer identity with others who understand.
